LCW Ascension 2010 Pay-Per-View Results 01.24.10

LCW Ascension 2010 Pay-Per-View Results (January 24, 2010) live from the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

Tonight’s event is dedicated in loving memory to Dr. Death Steve Williams (1960-2009).

In the ring, a spotlight shone down from the rafters on a steel folding chair with Dr. Death’s ring gear. The bell tolled ten times as the crowd watched on in respectful silence. When the arena lights rose, a tearful LCW Founder and Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway was shown standing in front of the entire locker room who were with him on the entrance stage and lining the entrance ramp. With Cowboy Bill Watts and Manny Fernandez flanking him on either side, Calaway announced that Dr. Death Steve Williams had passed away from throat cancer a few weeks ago. Calaway said, “For the first time in over four years, I am speechless. I still don’t know what to say. I’m still in shock.” Calaway handed the microphone to Watts who talked about the drama of professional wrestling, the business of professional wrestling and how it shouldn’t be confused with the reality of what goes on behind the scenes. Watts said that when he met Williams he knew he was something special and eventually he became his mentor, but more importantly he became his friend. Fernandez said in spite of their recent in ring drama, Williams was one of his best friends for the very reason that they had in ring drama: his competitive spirit and his heart. Calaway said, “We spent years building him as a monster that mowed down everyone, but in all honest, he was one of the most loving, gentle, caring, and kind people I had ever had the great fortune of meeting and working with.” Calaway said, “Tonight was supposed to be about starting a new chapter in the history of Legends Championship Wrestling, but instead we’re going to make tonight about a celebration of a man who was the very definition of the word legend: Dr. Death Steve Williams. Please join us now as we take a look back at the LCW Night of Horrors 2009 pay-per-view this past October in which Dr. Death defeated Bill Goldberg in what was, without a doubt, the match of the year.” The following match played on the LegendsTron in its entirety:

LCW International Champion Dr. Death Steve Williams defeated Bill Goldberg in 23:36 by pinfall with the Homicide Backdrop Bridge. During the match, referee David Manning was knocked out by LCW United States Champion Diamond Dallas Page came out and tried to hit Williams with the Diamond Cutter. Williams pushed out of the move and Goldberg hit Page with the Spear and then kicked Page out of the ring. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, “It is clear that Bill Goldberg wants to do this on his own.” As Goldberg was rolling Page out of the ring, Williams got in position to hit Goldberg with the three-point stance shoulder block, but didn’t when Goldberg turned around. Instead, Williams went outside the ring, grabbed a bottle of water from ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta and poured it on the referee’s head. The referee regained consciousness and Williams helped him to his feet. From the broadcast booth, Larry Zbyszko said, “These are two men who want to prove to the other that they are the best. This isn’t about a title, Tony. This is about pride and respect for these two men. Williams wants to prove to the young lion that he can still go and Goldberg wants to prove the king of the pride that he belongs.” Unclear what was happening, the referee saw both men standing and told them to start wrestling again. Williams and Goldberg stood face to face before they started exchanging blows to start the match again. Goldberg eventually hit Williams with the Spear and then hit him with the Jackhammer. Williams kicked out of the pinfall attempt and Goldberg, shocked, went into position for another Spear. As Williams slowly made it to his feet, Goldberg launched himself toward Williams who ducked down and caught Goldberg with a vicious spinebuster. Schiavone said, “Those two could have collided head first like two bulls if Williams hadn’t ducked down far enough. They could have killed each other.” Zbyszko said, “I’ve never seen anything like that in my life, Tony!” Williams got to his feet and picked up Goldberg and hit him with the Oklahoma Stampede. Williams made a pinfall attempt, but Goldberg kicked out. Williams then hit Goldberg with the Doctor Bomb, but Goldberg kicked out of another pinfall attempt. As a tired Williams staggered to his feet and Goldberg crawled around and slowly got to his feet on instinct, Williams grabbed Goldberg and hit him with the Homicide Backdrop Bridge for the pinfall and the win! An exhausted Williams was handed the title by the referee who helped Williams to his feet. Williams then walked over to Goldberg and helped Goldberg to his feet. A disappointed Goldberg hugged Williams and raised his arm in victory before leaving the ring and Williams to celebrate with the fans. As Williams celebrated, Schiavone said, from the broadcast booth, “I don’t think anybody was expecting to see the match that we just saw out of those two men, but boy did they deliver in a big way. What a match!” Zbyszko said, “Yeah, that may have been the match of the year right there, Tony.”

Fernandez and Watts grabbed Williams’ gear and set it up on the chair. Austin draped the title over the chair and then shared some beers with Fernandez and Watts. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko introduced footage from last week’s edition of LCW Showdown of Sean Mooney interviewing The Raging Bull Manny Fernandez who said, "Terry Funk wants to go around renaming things, he wants to go around renaming people. Well, Terry Funk, how about I rename something? How about my triangle choke? How about we rename the triangle choke the Bull's Brand? How's that sound Mooney? It might sound like some kind of barbeque sauce or something, daddy, but I'm not good ol' JR. You want to know why I'm calling it the Bull's Brand, Mooney? Because at the LCW Ascension pay-per-view this Sunday, I'm going to slap the Bull's Brand on that old mother Funker and when I do, daddy, I'm going to make him tap and if he doesn't tap I'm going to knock his ass out, but either way Terry Funk is going to be marked with my brand, the Bull's Brand, and that mark is going to let everyone know that now only did I kick your ass, Terry Funk, but I made you my bitch!"

Terry Funk defeated The Raging Bull Manny Fernandez in 9:44 by pinfall with a rollup. During the match, the referee was hit and knocked down and Fernandez locked on the Bull’s Brand triangle choke on Funk. However, with the referee dazed, Funk was able to make it to the ropes. When the referee came to, Funk had his leg under the ropes and the referee called for Fernandez to break the hold. Fernandez hassled the referee and Funk managed to rollup Fernandez for the pinfall and the win. After the match, Funk extended his hand for a handshake, but Fernandez turned around and was going to walk out of the ring, but Funk stopped him, turned him around and extended his hand again. Fernandez shook Funk’s hand and Funk went to leave the ring, but Fernandez grabbed him and took him down locking him in the Bull’s Brand triangle choke. Security officials and Funk’s brother, Dory Funk, Jr., came out and pulled Fernandez off of Funk. Fernandez pushed Dory, but Dory pushed Fernandez back and Fernandez backed off and moved towards the ropes to leave the ring. Before leaving, though, Fernandez turned around and attacked Dory from behind, putting him in the Bull’s Brand as officials tried to pull him off of Dory. Moments later, Terry Funk jumped on Fernandez and forced him to break the hold. Fernandez slipped out of the ring as Terry Funk helped his brother to his feet.

The Wild Samoans started brawling with the Rougeau Brothers as Graham chased Honky Tonk Man out of the ring and up the entrance ramp to the back. However, the Honky Tonk Man had left his guitar behind in the ring. Valentine picked up the guitar and blasted Muraco with it before applying the figure four leglock for the pinfall and the win. Meanwhile, the Rougeau Brothers and the Wild Samoans continued brawling at ringside. LCW General Manager Nick Bockwinkel sent another referee to the ring as officials escorted Muraco and Valentine from ringside and the referee called for the bell starting the scheduled tag team match between the Wild Samoans and the Rougeau Brothers.

The Wild Samoans (with Sir Oliver Humperdink) defeated the Rougeau Brothers (with Jimmy Hart) in 4:57 by pinfall when Afa pinned Raymond Rougeau after the Samoan Drop.

Mr. Fuji came out with the Powers of Pain, the Great Kabuki, Kendo Nagasaki, the Orient Express and Killer Khan and surrounded the limousine parked beside the entrance stage and wanted to know who was inside. Security officials arrived and escorted the men to the back. However, as the Powers of Pain were leaving, the Wild Samoans passed them and the two teams started brawling with them as security officials attempted to separate them.

In the back, Paul Roma approached Barry Windham and wished him luck in his upcoming match with Paul Orndorff, extending his hand for a handshake. Windham just looked at Roma and then laughed before walking away.

In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA and asked Magnum if he was worried about Macho Man Randy Savage having the Genius Lanny Poffo and the Irish Curse Sheamus O’Shaunessy at ringside during their match. Magnum said he wasn’t worried because he had a surprise for Savage. Nikita Koloff walked into the interview and Mooney asked if he was the surprise. Magnum said Nikita Koloff being at ringside shouldn’t be a surprise and he isn’t the surprise. Magnum said Mooney would just have to wait. Magnum and Koloff walked away.

LCW Heritage Champion Superstar Billy Graham defeated Butch Reed (with Slick) in 7:18 by pinfall After the match, as Graham stood on the entrance ramp and held his title above his head, the Honky Tonk Man appeared behind him from the back and when Graham turned around, Honky Tonk Man blasted Graham with the guitar, knocking him out and then walking away.

After the match, the Destruction Crew attacked the Nasty Boys with their sledgehammers and left ringside with the LCW World Tag Team Championship titles.

In the back, an irate Paul Orndorff yelled at Paul Roma for Roma’s interference in Orndorff’s match earlier with Barry Windham, costing him a victory over Windham. Roma said that Windham disrespecting him and said that when Windham disrespected Orndorff he didn’t just sit there and take it and Roma wasn’t going to either. Orndorff said that he understood, but warned Roma that if he ever did that again he would break Roma’s neck.

The Long Riders (with Maw Bass) defeated Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater (with Col. Robert Parker) in 8:02 a double bullrope match by pinfall when Outlaw Ron Bass pinned Dirty Dick Slater after the Texas Gourdbuster after hitting Slater with Maw Bass’ purse. During the match, Col. Robert Parker tried to interfere, but Maw Bass distracted him and started making out with Parker as she threw her purse into the ring. After the match, Maw Bass and the Long Riders left victorious as Orton and Slater chastised Parker and Parker tried to explain what happened.

In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed the victorious Long Riders and Maw Bass as they made their way through the curtain and Bass said that nothing comes between her boys and victory, “not money, not a man, not nothing!” Maw Bass then got closer to Sean Mooney and looked up at him, smiled and said, “You know, Sean Mooney, nothing comes between me and my boys, just like nothing comes between me and my Wranglers.” Maw Bass kissed him on the cheek and then walked away with the Long Riders. Mooney shuddered and started to dry heave as Tully Blanchard and Baby Doll approached the entrance way where Mooney was standing. Baby Doll put her arm around Mooney and said, “Don’t worry, Moonbeam. I’ll make it all better. Because nothing comes between me and my Calvins.” Mooney looked at Baby Doll and said, “Thank you,” as the image of Maw Bass and her Wranglers left his mind. Blanchard and Baby Doll left as Blanchard’s entrance music started playing in the arena.

Tully Blanchard (with Baby Doll) defeated LCW International Champion Big Van Vader in 9:27 by pinfall with a rollup after Barry Windham interfered and blasted Vader with a steel chair while Baby Doll distracted the referee to win the LCW International Championship. During the match, Harley Race came out and watched the match from the entrance stage, but left after the pinfall. After the match, Blanchard, Windham, and Baby Doll celebrated on the entrance ramp and were eventually joined by Ric Flair who congratulated Blanchard as the first member of the Horsemen to capture a title.

In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed Harley Race about Big Van Vader losing the LCW International Championship and his presence on the entrance stage during the match. An unusually humble Race said he was disappointed that Vader lost the title and said a lot had happened between them over the last few months, but he was hoping it wasn’t too late to heal old wounds.

LCW United States Tag Team Champions The Hart Foundation defeated The Bolsheviks (with General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie) in 5:18 by pinfall when Bret Hart pinned Boris Zhukov after the Hart Attack. During the match, Akbar and Al-Kassie interfered in the match, but Hart and Neidhart made quick work of them and slammed them on each other before being knocked out of the ring by Volkoff and Zhukov. As Zhukov and Volkoff brawled with Hart and Neidhart outside the ring, the Dynamite Kid came out and the British crowd exploded as he hit Akbar and Al-Kassie with the flying headbutt. Dynamite rolled rolling Akbar and Al-Kassie out of the ring as the Hart Foundation gained the upper hand in their brawl outside the ring with the Bolsheviks and rolled them into the ring. Hart and Neidhart hit Zhukov with the Hart Attack for the pinfall and the win. After the match, the Dynamite Kid handed the Hart Foundation the tag team titles and celebrated with them as they left ringside together.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone announces that the LCW Descent pay-per-view on Sunday, February 22nd, will take place from the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan. Schiavone wondered if that could be the reason for the presence of the limousine with the Japanese flag license plate.

LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA (with Nikita Koloff) defeated Macho Man Randy Savage (with The Genius Lanny Poffo and Sheamus O’Shaunessy) in 17:04 by pinfall after the belly-to-belly suplex in a no disqualification, no countout match. During the match, O’Shaunessy setup a table in the ring and tried to interfere in the match, but once the table was setup, Koloff blasted him with the Russian Sickle clothesline and then hit him with a spinebuster through the table, breaking it. Koloff rolled O’Shaunessy out of the ring and the match continued. Later in the match, Poffo tried to interfere and stood in position with his metal scroll raised, poised to hit Magnum with the metal scroll. But Koloff jumped into the ring and kicked Poffo in the metal scroll which smashed into Poffo’s face and he tumbled out of the ring. With O’Shaunessy and Poffo neutralized, the match continued until Magnum managed to hit Savage with a belly-to-belly suplex seemingly out of nowhere for the pinfall and the win. After the match, O’Shaunessy and Poffo attacked Koloff outside the ring and the three men brawled through the crowd and to the back as a dazed Savage exited through the crowd behind them. Suddenly, with Magnum TA in the ring alone, the Disciples of Allah (Ken Patera, Abdullah the Butcher, the Iron Sheik, and the Bolsheviks) came out and attacked Magnum TA, with the main focus of the assault coming from the Iron Sheik, who put Magnum in the camel clutch as the other members of the Disciples of Allah kept security officials and referees out of the ring. Meanwhile, while Sheik had Magnum in the camel clutch, General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie yelled at Magnum, spat on him, and Al-Kassie took off his shoe and hit Magnum several times in the face. Suddenly, the lights went out and there was a commotion in the ring. When the lights came back on the Disciples of Allah were laying unconscious on the arena floor. In the ring, Sheik had Magnum still locked in the camel clutch. Standing over him, in the center of the ring, in black suits were the Yakuza Mafia (Keiji Muto, Masahiro Chono, Kensuke Sasaki, and Hiroyoshi Tenzan with their manager Genichiro Tenryu). Sheik realized that the rest of the Disciples of Allah weren’t in the ring anymore and he finally released Magnum TA. When Sheik released Magnum, Muto grabbed Sheik, bent him backward, yelled something to him in Japanese and then hit him with an inverted DDT. The Yakuza Mafia stood over a fallen Magnum TA. As Magnum slowly made his way to his knees, the Yakuza Mafia looked at him and Magnum realized the situation he was in. Not fully understanding what was going on, Muto extended his hand and helped Magnum to his feet and Magnum stood with the Yakuza Mafia as the Disciples of Allah exited up the entrance ramp. With a confused Magnum TA standing in the center of the ring with the Yakuza Mafia, the show went off the air.

LCW Ascension 2008 Pay-Per-View Results 01.20.08

LCW Ascension 2008 Pay-Per-View Results (January 20, 2008) live from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko welcomed everyone to LCW Ascension 2008. "Psycho" by Puddle of Mudd played in the background as Schiavone and Zbyszko reviewed the complete card.

Kevin Sullivan (with Lady Amazon) defeated Sam Houston in 4:22 by pinfall after a high kneelift to the back after Lady Amazon tripped Houston from ringside. Before the match, Sullivan dragged Amazon to ringside with a leash and tied her to the ringpost. During the match, he released her and, from the broadcast booth, Larry Zbyszko questioned why she didn't just leave and Schiavone said because she had been brainwashed by Sullivan. After the match, Sullivan dragged Amazon back up the entrance ramp and to the back, yelling at her the entire way to the back.

In the back, Iceman King Parsons and Koko B. Ware were arguing with each other about who was going to be in the Brothahood after their match in which the loser would no longer be a member of the Brothahood. Slick appeared and Parsons said he wanted Slick in his corner tonight and Ware said he wanted Slick in his corner. Slick said he wasn’t taking sides until the match was over and would stand in the ring with the winner and the loser would be out of the Brothahood. Slick walked away as Parsons and Ware walked away still arguing.

Iceman King Parsons defeated Koko B. Ware in 5:40 by pinfall after the Butt Bump with Dark Journey as the special guest referee. During the match, Dark Journey refused to make pinfall counts when Parsons or Ware made pinfall attempts and tried to convince both men to stop fighting during the match. Slick eventually came out yelled at Dark Journey and told her to make the count. However, when Ware hit Parsons with the Birdbuster suplex and went to cover Ware. Dark Journey went to make the pinfall count, but Slick pulled her out of the ring, breaking the count and taking sides in the match. Slick yelled at her and she punched him in the mouth before walking up the entrance ramp and to the back. This distracted Ware and allowed Parsons to regain his senses and hit Ware with the Butt Bump. Another referee ran out and make the count giving Parsons the pinfall and the win. After the match, Slick got in the ring and raised Parsons' arm in victory, but Ware attacked them both and drop kicked them out of the ring before leaving the ring.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed LCW Women's Champion Luna Vachon who was with Kevin Sullivan and Lady Amazon, who was still collared and being dragged around on a leash by Sullivan. Sullivan said Amazon knew her place in the darkness and was going to do the job for the better woman: Luna Vachon. Vachon got in Amazon's face and said, "She better!" Vachon then walked away and Sullivan and Amazon followed behind her.

LCW Women's Champion Luna Vachon (with Kevin Sullivan) defeated Lady Amazon in 0:31 by pinfall after Sullivan demanded that Amazon lay down in the center of the ring and let Vachon pin her. Amazon did as she was told and Vachon pinned her for the win to retain her title. After the match, the Rock 'n' Roll Express came out and attacked Kevin Sullivan, chasing him and Luna Vachon from ringside. Lady Amazon, who was tied to the ringpost, began screaming uncontrollably as if she was being attacked as the Rock 'n' Roll Express approached her. Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson managed to calm her down and she embraced them and began to cry. Morton picked her up and carried her to the back.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed LCW Television Champion Manny Fernandez about his upcoming match with Butch Reed tonight. Okerlund asked Fernandez was worried about the short notice he received about the match, only finding out last Wednesday that he would be defending his title against Reed. Fernandez said he and Reed had battled before and the outcome would be the same: the Raging Bull would run over and run down the Natural like always. Fernandez said he was a champion and real champions didn't need time to prepare, they could accept any challenge at anytime. He said he used to be a Navy Seal, and the Seals were special forces, the guys you sent in when no one else could accomplish the mission. Fernandez said his mission was to eliminate the Brothahood and the mission was almost complete. Fernandez said the Brothahood was falling apart from the inside, but there were still a few bricks in the wall of the Brothahood that had to be taken out and Reed was one of those bricks, "…and he's going to be taken out tonight!"

In the back, a quiet, crying Lady Amazon was sitting in a chair and the Rock 'n' Roll Express said she would be all right and they would take care of her. Gibson told her to stay in the back and they would be back with the LCW United States Tag Team Championships. Morton said they were going to make her proud of them. Gibson said it was time for them to go and he told her to stay in the back and she would be safe because they were going to lock the locker room door. As Morton and Gibson left, Morton locked the locker room door before leaving for the ring.

LCW United States Champion The Sheepherders (with Rip Morgan) defeated The Rock 'n' Roll Express in 4:10 by disqualification after Robert Gibson hit the Sheepherders with a steel chair. During the match, Kevin Sullivan and LCW Women's Champion Luna Vachon appeared on the LegendsTron and was standing in front of the Rock 'n' Roll Express' locker room door and said, "Ricky Morton! Robert Gibson! You've taken something that belonged to me and I want it back! I'm going to take it back…right now!" Vachon handed Kevin Sullivan an ax and Sullivan began to hack away at the wooden locker room door. As Sullivan continued to hit the door with the ax, the Sheepherders managed to gain the upper hand in the ring on Ricky Morton as a concerned Robert Gibson divided his attention and concern on Morton in the ring and Lady Amazon in the back. As Sullivan continued to hack away at the door, Gibson finally had enough and grabbed a steel chair and got in the ring and blasted both Sheepherders with the steel chair before leaving the ringside with Morton. Meanwhile, Sullivan had managed to break enough of the door to stick his head inside and laugh as Lady Amazon cowered in a corner screaming. As Sullivan stuck his hand through the hole in the door and tried to unlock the door, Morton and Gibson finally appeared and attacked Sullivan, chasing him and Luna Vachon away from the door. Morton unlocked the door and Amazon ran to him and Gibson and they hugged her and assured her that nothing like that would ever happen again. From the broadcast booth, Schiavone reiterated the fact that "the Rock 'n' Roll Express sacrificed their opportunity to be the LCW United States Tag Team Champions to save Lady Amazon!"

LCW Television Champion Manny Fernandez defeated Butch Reed (with Slick) in 7:13 by pinfall after the Flying Burrito. After the match, Slick helped Butch Reed out of the ring and then grabbed a microphone and said, "Manny Fernandez! Manny Fernandez, this isn't over! You think it's over, but what you don't know is that it's just begun. Enjoy that title while you've got it because it's going to be with the Brothahood again soon if it's the last thing I do! As a matter of fact, I've got a little challenge for you. How about you step into the ring next week on LCW Showdown against the winner of the match tonight between Koko B. Ware and Iceman King Parsons? The winner of that match not only gets to stay in the Brothahood, but gets a shot at the LCW Television Championship next week on LCW Showdown. How about it, Manny Fernandez? Do we have a deal?" Manny Fernandez said, "If you want it, you've got it!" Slick and Butch Reed left up the entrance ramp as Fernandez continued celebrating his victory in the ring before leaving the ring.

I wanted to honor the men who made me fall in love with this business and Bam Bam Bigelow was one of those men. He will be missed and will never be forgotten." The crowd chanted, "Bam Bam! Bam Bam!" Calaway continued, "With that said, Bam Bam Bigelow was the LCW Television Champion and as far as I'm concerned he will always be the LCW Television Championship and this belt belongs to him. This version of the LCW Television Championship will be retired in his honor." Calaway placed the old LCW Television Championship on the chair with Bigelow's wrestling attire. However, while they were the final two teams in the ring, Paul Jones came down to ringside and the crowd began to boo knowing that Paul Jones was there to support The Powers of Pain. After the match, Watts handed the box containing the titles to The Powers of Pain, but when Jones opened the box, the belts were destroyed. There was a note inside which Jones read that said, "Services Provided by Demolition." After Jones read the note, the lights in the arena went out and Demolition’s theme song began to play. A message appeared on the LegendsTron which read, "Demolition back in business at LCW Descent on February 26, 2006!" Demolition appeared on the screen for a second and stuck out their trademark tongues before the screen went blank and the lights in the arena came back on.

LCW Universal Champion Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Nick Bockwinkel and Christian Calaway defeated LCW Universal Champion Stan Hansen, Jesse Ventura, LCW Commissioner Bill Watts, and LCW Chairman of the Board Ted Turner in 26:18 in an elimination match. As a result of the victory, Christian Calaway regained his position as Chairman of the Board of Legends Championship Wrestling. Also, as a result of pinning Stan Hansen, Hogan regained the LCW Universal Championship. After the match, Hogan and Calaway embraced. Hogan raised Calaway’s arm in victory and Calaway thanked Hogan as the two embraced again. Calaway then left the ring, grabbed the LCW Universal Championship title belt, handed it to Hogan, and said, "This is yours, Champ." Calaway then left the ring as Hogan continued to celebrate with the fans as the show went off the air.
Order of Elimination:
- Ted Turner was eliminated by Christian Calaway at 11:44 by pinfall after Hogan hit Turner with the big boot and the legdrop combination.
- Christian Calaway was eliminated by Stan Hansen at 11:57 by pinfall after the Lariat clothesline. Already injured from the attack on Showdown last week, Calaway had to be removed from ringside on a stretcher.
- Bill Watts was eliminated by Randy Savage at 14:04 after the flying elbow smash.
- Randy Savage was eliminated by Jesse Ventura at 16:12 by knockout with the backbreaker after Stan Hansen hit Savage with the cowbell on his bullrope.
- Nick Bockwinkel was eliminated by Stan Hansen at 18:05 by pinfall after the Lariat clothesline.
- Jesse Ventura was eliminated by Hulk Hogan at 20:54 by pinfall after the legdrop after Hansen accidentally hit Ventura with the cowbell on his bullrope. Ventura was holding Hogan in position for the hit at the time, but Hogan managed to move out of the way in time and Hansen hit Ventura.
- Stan Hansen was eliminated by Hulk Hogan at 24:18 by pinfall after an injured Christian Calaway limped to ringside and came into the ring while the referee was knocked out and blasted Hansen with a vicious chairshot that echoed throughout the arena and busted Hansen wide open. Moments before, Hansen had hit Hogan with the Lariat clothesline and Hogan was knocked into the referee, which knocked him out. Hansen still attempted the pinfall, but with the referee knocked out it was pointless. When he got up and yelled towards the back for another referee, Calaway crawled into the ring, used the chair to help him get to his feet, and then hit Hansen with the steel chair with everything he had left in him. Hansen, immediately busted wide open from the force of the chairshot, fell to the mat as did Calaway. Calaway then crawled over, grabbed Hogan’s arm and draped it over Hansen’s fallen body before reviving the referee so he could make the count.
